I think if they took his w and move the lifesteal and healing rate based on missing hp to his passive, then made his w a damaging ability perhaps activate it and based on how much hp he is missing his next 3-4 auto's gain that % more damage.
The new stoneborn pact is said to be really good on him. Give it a try.
