How come ADs can deal 6% of someone's health with EVERY AUTO instantly with while APs deal only 4% (at most) over TWO WHOLE SECONDS with , even though there are tons of items for tanks to be able to just ignore APs and not as many for them to ignore ADs (or they are not so strong)?

Safety.

Most mages can poke from afar and activate the Liandry's Torment burn. Only really Ezreal and Caitlyn can abuse BORK from a safe distance.

Its the difference between Burst and shredding also its a percent current health burn from Liandrays, its alot worse in comparison but alot better for mages to use
