Protection Against Leavers (Idea)

Me and my brothers love LoL! But so many games have leavers in it. It isn't always because they want to leave but because of power outage or poor connection. Perhaps after 5 minutes of the player not reconnecting to the game there could be a vote for the team to invite another player from the friends list to replace the missing player and if a replacement is found soon enough like within 5 more minutes then the leaving player doesn't get punished. Of course there should be a bot controlling that champion just being defensive and trying to last hit minions.

If a player leaves, the game should make all the teammates immune to LP loss, and instead punish the player all of the teams loss LP :D -100 LP for leaving sir!

Sounds good but what about replacing the player?

but If it plays defensively and CS well, then essentially the bot can farm for me, and I come at the end to rofl stop with my new full build

BUT this LP loss seems like a totally legit idea, just 100 lp is a bit much. maybe 45 LP? (-9 for each player)

Notice how i said "trying" to last hit.... Also the leaving player would be kicked from the game altogether in order to allow another to join in after 5 min...perhaps create a new queue to prevent people from leaving and switching accounts then rejoining

I feel like anything after 3 mins is kinda one sided
