I lose 20lp for riot stupid game fucking up

Im about 2 quit this game again so fucking stupid this is a thing - I stopped playing this game for months a few times because absolute retarded shit like this - I get into game buy items game froze 4mins later says defeat... My youtube didnt stop my google chrome was working my skype was going but my game feezes lost me the 20lp i just got and riot will do nothing since im not lcs fucking dope!
