A buff to Ghost and barrier to make it more viable

A lot of people are complaining that there is not diversity when it comes to summoner spells. Everyone, like i mean every single person, runs past level 12. Supports almost always take ADC's usually always run and rarely take Most top/mid laners take but with the nerfs to TP people started taking summoners like ignite. Other than that it is usually select champions who take other summoners than these ones. Like is usually taken on and on some mid laners like

Currently ghost gives you 27% bonus movment speed for 10 seconds. What if they buffed it to bonus 40% bonus movment speed that decays over time. Or a bonus 33% movement speed that cancels slow effects and lasts for 10 seconds.

Currently barrier blocks 115-455 damage for 2 seconds. I think they should either increase the damage that is soaked or actually make it into a barrier, like make it so you can actually block a spell or divert it. That or increase the damage that it soaks because currently at late game that is 1 auto attack from an ADC. i don't know, just some thoughts.
