Don't punish friends of AFK'ers

Mk, so right now I'm in a que with 3 other friends. One of them AFKed. I normally like staring at Ahri's picture while the game is starting but now I'm being punished for my friend and if they AFK I can't stare at the... Beautiful pictures.

TL;DR I like the new LeaverBuster. But why have the Leave que thing?
