I submitted a VERY time sensitive request about decay and have not heard back (and someone responded to my board post) so.... I uploaded screen shots, I uploaded everything. I can't act until someone responds..... @riotgames

I'm sorry to hear you are having difficult with something this important to you. :o Despite being related to ranked though, Gameplay is not where you are going to find help for your problem.
