Guardian Angel should a toggle because there are times when you die and then people and wait for you to revive and kill you again, so to make it fair when you toggle you have a limited time to revive like zileans ult , if you dont die the cooldown is reduced by half and if you die its the same cooldown as now, if you can do this it will make the happiest player here.

ModThe Djinn1 votesWaffletimewarp has it right. The item is really powerful in the right circumstances, and the fact that you have to be careful not to waste it is a necessary balancing factor for the teamfight-winning power it has.
Fadedpf1 votesYoure telling me a vayne dying while they are tearing apart the enemy base should be able to toggle off GA. Die then have no penalty because of travel times, minion waves, etc. Then turn it on when the enemys are in her base? That is just broken. GA is good but is counterable, half the time when you die you will just die again.
