An idea for champion masteries.

I think that the higher level your champion is you should get a little IP boost for that game. You would only get it for that game. This would make the grinding for champion masteries much more fun. It would also help people get champions faster if they are only good at one champ and just want IP faster. I'm sorry for the bad English and sentences.

It would be really cool to see this added to the game :D (and a side question do champion masteries reset each season?)
