edit: Maybe base it only as a solo Q incentive? to mitigate dynamic queue spammers?

Sounds like another thing for premades to ruin in ranked.

Wish i could up this more. I would also like stuff like "good team player", "morale support", "was funny", "carried my ass", ect. something specific that people can actually work for.

I think the losing team should vote it.

Premades can't abuse it either.
