Kled into Tanks?

So, I've been more or less onetricking Kled toplane lately. I've been able to get comfortable with just about any lane, though when it comes time for teamfights, i just can't figure out what to do against multiple tanks. Say it's a tanky toplaner like or , then maybe a tanky jungler and support. Not suuuper common, but not uncommon either. In lane, I know my way around tanks, but when it comes time to group and start teamfighting, it feels like beefy tanks kill my whole kit more or less. If there's only one, i can e through them and into the delicious tasty backline, but when there's two or three, i tend to get locked down and exploded.

now, when it's blatantly obvious that im not gonna get anything out of teamfights, i'll typically try to split and look for picks and objectives, but im wondering if im missing something here.
