Should I get velkoz or Lisandra?

, mainly because cc wins team fights. Once you ult an enemy and your team kills him/her, you've already tipped the fight in your favor. She also has a really reliable escape, has no escape ability.

It really depends. To add on to what the guy below me said, if you want to be useful in team fights through wide spread cc, play Lissandra. If you want to be useful in team fights through big wide spread damage, play VELKOZ. They're both great at team fights just through different ways. It really depends on your style.

lissandra is a little. lame. because shes low range and has mana issues.

Velkoz is more versatile. He can double as a mid-laner or a support.
