Game randomly disconnects, forcing me to reconnect in the middle of the game.

I just now lost a game and got demoted. For two games, I've disconnected in the middle of the match. But the worst part is that this isn't the first time this has been happening. This has been happening to me now for over 4 months. It got infuriating, too much to the point where I just quit the game for about a month. After returning, I had hoped that there may have been some type of update that would fix any and all issues, but clearly, I was wrong. I would like some insight on this insanely annoying problem. I play on a Mac and am connected directly to my internet, so Wifi is not the issue.
