End of Game IP Change

I have played quite a few matches where my team has lost because some of my team mates aren't as good or have disconnected and so even though i have got lots of kills, gold, assists etc. I only get 50 IP while the other team have got 200 IP when some of them don't deserve it.

I think only a small portion of IP earned should be from whether it was a victory or not but the bulk of the IP should be from how much gold you get and the amount of kills and assists you get...

Nice idea, but this encourages ks'ing so it's likely to never happen. Imagine for a second, who would want o play like soraka or something and get 150 ip at the end of a round; when they could play zed get super fed and get 250?
