DISRUPTION Cache Skin

So I just got the DISRUPTION Cache and was SUPER excited about this for the Icon and everything. Another reason was because the only Project skin that I didn't own from the last set was is Project: Yi. I figured it would be pretty awesome since this is a pretty pricey skin and since I owned all the old ones this would be the one that I got. This morning when I bought and opened the DISRUPTION cache it gave me a Project: Yasuo skin which is the first Project Skin that I ever owned from way-back-when.

Is this how it is supposed to work? Even though I already own the skin there is still a likelihood that I will pull an already owned skin from this cache that is limited to previous released Project skins in which I own all but one?

Thanks!

I got Project Yasuo and I had him from the beginning as well. I have project yasuo, yi, and zed. So I though I would get leona or fiora. But nope. Dropped so much money on those skins that I was excited to get a free one. Thanks Riot. Amumuitem 3070

All the people i play with (15+) either got the 1 or 2 project skins they already owned, but most got the project skin of the 1 champion they did not own including myself.

The numbers tell us that the odds of that are as good as non existent. Just as you get 2 augment fragments from it.... why u think that is. ( spend more RP ! )

On a side note very curious about US law this aint just "gambling" cuz this shit looks to favor the house as in how can they make you spend more RP

Yeah, they said a few times that it was going to be possible to get the blueprint for project skins you already own. The only project skins it couldn't roll are the three newest ones.
