Waited 20 minutes for a game, then got a first time ranked player in my promos.

so... you waited 20mins because you que up as mid/adc ... you are in silver... and someone doing their first game placements was in your promo game... and to top it off that guy didnt have his rune page full...

is this what you are trying to ask Riot to fix or put in place.. a personal pre-screening so you can complete your placements easier?

i have always considered promos to be a point were a person is going to have to step up and carry people. and i play sup/mid .. so imagine what i try and carry on.

*hint: if someone is doing bad and you feel you cant do anything to help them. understand that they will react a certain way and pull pressure. I understand that I am silver and that silver is bad but playing against someone who had never played ranked before in my promos should not happen. I don't think fixing something like that should be that hard.
