A couple of interaction questions

I have a couple of questions regarding interactions on the Rift, especially now that I saw new Dankplank's E. Question one: has a passive where it deals bonus magic damage on your auto attacks. Do 's soldiers also proc this passive when they attack in place of azir?

Question two: I watched the Dankplank new E ability video and it showed him destroying the keg with his autos. Can he also target them with abilities, especially Parrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrley, so he can destroy them from range?
