What is the best server for players in India?

I recently moved to Delhi but my ping is a tremendous amount higher from what I'm used to. (20+/- ping on EU West) I really wanna continue playing but if there isn't a better server to play on, I think i might just quit.

I do believe there's a server in Singapore that is run by a third party (Garena). But the only problem is that you'd have to start a new account, you cannot transfer to the server.
