How is it that Fizz is the only champ with a truly untouchable movement skill? Ive been blasted out of the air as aatrox, killed mid teleport as akali, demolished during the sanguine pool as vladimir, yet fizz cant be hurt once he jumps. even single target skills fizzle out without hitting him.

The Z-axis does not exist in this game. His Q does not make him untargetable.
Akali has a dash, not a teleport. Her R does not make her untargetable.
Only DoTs can affect Vlad while he is in his pool. With that said, there is a very small amount of time that Vlad spends becoming a pool of blood where he can be hit with things. I do not know why it exists, and I do not know if it's intentional.
