I like ashe and Lucian but find my ashe game has become weak. Whos another adc like ashe or Lucian

ashe isnt weak at all. Just support reliant. Lucian will always be the #1 adc with the build they have now. (armorpen)
If you like the immobile harass adc, Varus is still a good pick and very much like Ashe though I admit, the meta doesn't really suit him due to so much burst potential from everyone.
Lucian is going to be almost always viable simply because he has a dash and stacks armor pen.
