This new queue system does not represent me.
I am a jungler. It is the only role I have ever enjoyed. Last season I was required to play with 2 friends to guarantee my role. As a player since season 2, I hate to see that now I cannot even guarantee my role with 3 people. I only play one thing, and I find it detestable that a game is forcing me to play how I don't want to. I don't care if I wait 30 minutes for a queue. I only have fun with jungle. Every other lane bores me.
Riot, just please let us play what we want. No, I am not challenger, but for the first time since season 2 I actually want to quit this game. I am not saying this as a threat. Obviously no one would care and there is no benefit to that. I am just an old player who feels my type aren't wanted here. I like to play off-meta builds which you consistently kill. I can deal with that somewhat, no matter how annoying it may be. I just get to gold rank and stop ranked every year so I can go play with my friends. I'm not a pro nor am I trying to be. I just want to have fun and now the game's design is forcing me into hours of wait time because I have to dodge to even play what I want anymore. It's even worse when I try to play alone.
Please just give players a queue where they can play what they want, at the cost of increased queue times. This is not an angry raging player, but a hurt one who feels most of his time is going to be wasted waiting for a game to play than actually playing one. I honestly don't know who you guys talk to but almost every game I was in last season had someone upset, and its only going to be worse now. The reddits I have seen also complain about this.
I just want to have fun on this game playing what I enjoy doing. If I can't do that, I no longer have a reason to play.
For the potential flamers coming in here, no, I am not some special snowflake trying to get attention. I just can't send a support ticket to give feedback as they said this is the place to do it. I'm not going to reply to troll. I'm just expressing what a lot of us feel. This is not an argumentative topic or meant to cause a problem. If you disagree, that's fine and I respect that.
