REALLY HIGH PING IN GAMES ?

I am not sure if its just me, but as someone who plays this game everyday around 18 games a day sometimes less when girlfriend starts tripping :) has anyone else had this problem where you will be in game sitting at 28ms maybe 40ms sometimes and then out of nowhere BAM!!!!!! you get hit with the Ms Destroyer and go to like 10,763ms which is the highest I got to. Yeah I was pretty ticked off so I remembered the number!!! just happened in my Lucian game which I was winning then lost because of the major lag and pinged it to my team so they didn't think I was int feeding on purpose just that I cant move to save my life. if anyone can help me with a fix and not the fix from the riot support because I did every step just to make sure before I started this discussion and this has happened in all my games recently Kinda learning to play with it I still have games where I carry with it but its just not fun even when using the movement prediction feature they have implemented because as soon as it drops back down I have to cut it off or my character just bounces around everywhere as if they were on a pogo stick.
