Give Quinn some love please

Needs some love, any sort of love. She's so great and frustrating at the same time.

Make harrier more reliable.

Give vault more utility - let the slow be truly for 2 seconds, let it break her out of snares/slows, make her un-targetable while in the air, give her a burst of movement speed when landing. All of these are wonderful options that could go a long way towards helping her.

You could even have her passive timer reduced for each aa after vaulting onto a target.

She's so close riot fi you'd just make a little tweak she would be wonderful. She's in such a weird buggy spot where she doesn't quite have a lane to call home and yet she can do so many cool things. She's probably the best anti-adc in the game with her blind and severe burst potential. She can be an awesome top lane bully. She has the potential for being a great roaming mid-laner. She could be a reasonable devourer jungler with her high speed and burst abilities if only she could get through the jungle with reasonable reliability.

If you would just tip the scales a bit in her favor she would be wonderful and could care out a bit more of a niche.
