I had a record of 18/3/18, and it was a ranked game, I had a 10 kill killing spree, and I had the second most damage in the game, did I deserve an S?

Nope, solely due to your extremely low farm for a game that lasted 50+ minutes especially as a Nasus.
KDA is not the only thing you need to get a S
I'm sure other will mention, you need proper CS, vision control both placement and counter vision.
Going around looking for kills is not enough to get you an S rank.
Although it may be the reason you won, It was not worthy of an S rank.
so to answer your question: Not yet
With 18 kills, he's farming from champions instead of creeps. I don't think CS should be averaged as heavily into grade rank, since that just promotes selfish farming in lane instead of spreading influence around the map.
