Is Jungle Nidalee Dead Because of Patch 4.17?

The changes in patch 4.17 (http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-417-notes#patch-nidalee), seems to have entirely destroyed jungle Nidalee, both ap and ad. Her clear speed at early levels has suffered the most. Nidalee will be lucky to kill her second buff camp before 3:45, and even luckier to not have to recall immediately after. It isn't until level 6 that she becomes able to farm at a respectable rate.

Jungle has been my favorite role with Nidalee for the past month. I'm very upset to see something I enjoy become nonviable.

If anyone has ideas on how to make jungle Nidalee work again, I would love to hear them.

Thoughts on running flat cdr quints and glyphs? Begin the game with 20% cdr. Will it help her early clearing speed?

She finishes her second buff just before 3:15 with full health and no pots.

But yeah, I think she's pretty dead. Which is tragic, since she was an incredibly fun jungler. Pity that her incredibly obnoxious laning had to take down her AD jungle build with it.
