Udyr's state in the game

Riot really needs to look at Udyr man. Playing him is an actual handicap considering every champ has a dash or something with high mobility that I can not catch up to. 15% MS at lvl 1 e which i dont rank up until lvl 6 or 7 at least, and thats if im maxing e second that game. W is completely useless considering its only 200 hp and does absolutely nothing for his kit unless u max it first and go top which in general udyr top isnt even a thing. Phoenix is in a really bad spot with no damage and no max hp damage considering it is only base damage. AP ratio is really is bad and considering ap is really bad on udyr with only buffing his w and r but then his q is useless. Udyr has only 3 abilities the entire game and one of them is always going to be very bad until a very high level. Considering Udyr has no sort of dash or movement ability that is actually good early game, it is really hard to play this champ. Im just wondering if Udyr is just forgotten and udyr doesnt even exist anymore. It is really sad and hoping something will happen one day.
