New layout and announcer

Just in case Riot doesn't get it yet, need a 3948295 thread Your new layout SUCK and your new announcer voice SUCK. Game clarity is all gone and the announcer + music get horribly annoying after 1 game. Worst idea you ever had, fire whoever gave you it and revert the change. You wasted so much resources on this for no reason.
