confusion here..

Greeting summoners, Just wanted to find an answer for my confusion here. I was playing yesterday with zed mid, and my opponent was fizz. It happened by at least twice. Every time when I almost got him killed, he had a healing pop up with about 100hp on him and survived... No Soraka was in game, and fizz didn't bring heal either and his mastery was thunderlord. I was scratching my head wondering if we have a new healing way for this game now？ any help will be appreciated

Did he kill you himself? Because he could have had Dangerous Game.

^ This. Or maybe he had biscuits? They give you instant health on-use, but it's not too much of a heal, especially if you ignited him.

emmm, I don't think the biscuits could instantly heal for 50~100 hp
