On Blitzcrank

I personally think that the Blitzcrank nerf, even with the reduction, has caused him to be almost un-played in solo queue. The slow after his w is just unbearable. Can we ease up on the slow? At least like make the passive from the 21st point in the support tree stay active through it? Because right now it goes away because of that slow debuff.
