ARAM Prefered Champs or Select Champs to never roll

I have a hard time getting champions I like in ARAM if I manage to get one it never fails for someone to want to trade which is ok but I say no. The problem is then it never fails for someone to disband from the champion select. I like playing with most champions so I just shake my fist at my computer screen and resist the urge to punch it when someone disbands. Anyway I move on an hope to get another champ I like but then it gives me one of the ones I absolutely hate after having my hopes so high which led me to my idea. I don't want to refund the champs as I play them on different maps, so would it be possible for us to pick like maybe 2-3 champions in some type of setting so that we would never be able to roll them in ARAM?

If not that could we get an ARAM mode where we could have like a team builder type thing. We could put in three choices for a champion type and we'd be given one of those three randomly. So you could put down Tank, Mage, Support. You wouldn't be able to reroll then.

I'm just tired of never getting to play Ahri, Irelia, Jinx, Lux or any of my other favorites in ARAM because of disgruntled people not getting what they want. It's been since April that I've gotten to play with any of the ones I really really like which made me stop playing for a while. I came back to try again and it seems about the same though I've gotten others that I do like so it's kept me playing for now.
