Fixed Ranked/Competitive Riot

Hey Riot, Just wanted to let you know that you need to fix your Ranked/Competitive system. I am SURE you have heard this all before but I would really like to tell you that YOU NEED TO HEAR IT AGAIN. It could be as simple as this.... before being able to play in a ranked game, the player should be required to have a certain mastery level in the champ they pick to be able to play that champ in Ranked. This is a very easy idea to implement and one that would have great meaning for all those who play in a "ranked/competitive/try hard" way. See, the thing is that some of us take the ranked system serious and some of us do not GIVE A FLYING &*^% about it. Why would you let those that could care less about the competitive aspect of YOUR game take the piss?? I mean you have developed an ESPORTS brand and the "professional" players get the best treatment over all others and yet i would be willing to bet that the majority or your income from the game comes from players who are in the beginning phase of the game to the Gold level. Why can you not help those of us who have a competitive spirit and develop a BETTER system that does not ALLOW players who are just trying out new champs in ranked games? I have included a pic of the last ranked game I played, in which the Malzahar picked that champ solely due to the fact that he heard that the champ was OP. After feeding to the point that the game was basically an ever evolving uphill battle, that player ended up getting flamed and flaming the team. So here is the point... THIS IS ALL AVOIDABLE AND REPORTING PLAYERS BECAUSE OF THIS IS AVOIDABLE AS WELL. We are all taught that we are the only ones to blame when we make a mistake... Well, guess what RIOT???? YOU HAVE MADE THE MISTAKE AND YOU NEED TO FIX IT. We have all dealt with this for a long time and it is about time you TAKE SOME ACTION IN THIS MATTER. I ask that all who read this upvote so that RIOT will notice it and at least take the time and respond to the community. After all, such a simple idea is very easy to implement. We should all enjoy a game that last over 40 minutes of our lives much better if we knew that upon entering that game, the other players we are with have spent the time to reach a certain level of mastery over that particular champ.
