I've played the new sion rework jungle and his clear is terrible. he does no damage and his ganks are terrible. The fact you need to be rooted to charge your q can be dodged easily You have no gank potential. Please buff him. Sincerely, NightBlue Fan girls.

Maybe your just bad....
I'm gonna disagree with everything you said and point to Acidic Puddle's comment.
His Q can be canceled early for a minimum damage nuke and slow. His gank potential with his ult is ridiculous, half the map charge with cc immunity and a massive damage aoe with a knockup stun.
Buffing him any more will over power him.
He's slightly better at top, but not enough. He does suck pretty hard.
He's definitely worse than his previous form, that's for sure.
But he's not weak... just... easily ignored.
