Yeah, they did a great job on him. I remember at the time of his release, people said he was the most balanced champion they'd had in a long while, and there was little controversy about him, unlike Azir and Bard.

Swain, has gotten, like, a crap ton of buffs in the past. He hasn't had one nerf, I think.
