also.. the S is based on the actual champ getting played.. so.. maybe alot of other EZ players are better than you .. think about.. no S... not special...

the rule of thumb i was told before my 2nd season playing league is
100 cs for every 10 min marker: 100 cs at 10 mins; 200 cs at 20 mins; 300 cs at 30 mins.
this is intended as advice for adcs, as csing is an extremely crucial mechanic for adcs, and should be at least partly focused on throughout the game. if you ever watch pro league games, you'll see they have high kills and cs to match the above requirement for adcs. that is because they know how important cs is to the game, and to each role. for supports, cs is important because you must know to NEVER take it from your adc, so cs is still important for supports, even if its important to avoid.
for these reasons, Riot has made cs crucial to the grading curve. this is quite frustrating for people like you and i, who focus more on fights, with certain champs, and less on cs. i got 
to mastery lvl 5 in about 2 weeks, but never once got an S-/+ because of this very reason. rumble is great in team fights, so i almost always forego split pushing in lieu of participating in every team fight. this helps me win games (i have won maybe 70% of my rumble games) but prevents me from ever receiving an S on rumble. i know others who have lvl 7 mastery with him, and they know him much better than i, so i guess they're better at winning while getting cs. sorry for the rant, felt like giving a full explanation since that's what the OP seemed to want.
