Vayne nerf was a lot She really deserve a buff but i have a question did the new patchs 8.11 / 8.10 can be considered a buff for her ? like the new IE storm razor new rune etc

The new IE would probaly make her even greater at shredding tanks, but reduce her damage to squishy targets. The IE change alone wouldn't necessarily be a nerf or a buff to her, however things like the zeal/crit item nerfs will hurt her.

Overall probaly another nerf, at least when you consider the items only. I don't think Storm Razor will be strong on her, because I don't think getting that one W proc off slightly faster is going to help her.

I would expect Riot to look at the state the 8.11 changes puts her in, and then start buffing/nerfing different adcs depending on how they perform after the changes. Vayne would definitely be on the buff side, so I would expect a buff for her in either 8.12, 8.13 or 8.14.
