could not remake RANKED game

Was just in a ranked game where 2 ppl on my team were disconnecting from game. they originally had forgotten to swap our characters, which put chogath in the jg and shaco at mid. at one early point in game one left n nvr came back. tried to /remake numerous times from the start, only to get the message cannot remake game unless one or more characters are not in game. we got tired of that message so we tried to 5 man leave. unfortunately that did nothing either.

to end story, 3 ppl in total had not returned, 2 of which were gone for a while, and we still lost our game which roughly ended @8:20 pm PST. pls check my match history to verify. the game lasted 13 min and 14 sec. yet we still took the loss. fix your broken system due to the 2 afk'rs and fix the records of those who should not have gotten hit with a loss, or lose LP esp when the fix is a remake, which could not be done at any point. this is ridiculous. bad enough to deal with occasional afk'rs, but to go into a game just so we could receive a loss and lose LP? cmon now. dont be a mockery to the system you wish to create. fix. this.
