Why is Singed disabled?
Played him a few days ago and noticed no problems with him other than that I went 25/8.

They got the times 4 tick rate as intended in the patch, but somehow did not have the part about reducing the damage per tick.
His poison trail was dealing quadruple damage against baron and vilemaw which let him melt it.
They made it so his poison ticks 4 times per second instead of once but his poison still does the same amount of damage per tick so now it's doing quadruple damage.
