Mouse Issues

Outside of games my mouse works perfectly on every other game correctly & precisely. Although when I do get into games of League, my mouse starts jittering uncontrollably. I have a MacBook Pro 2017 Touch Bar 15-inch. I tried using software mapping in the, in-game menu & it still happens. If anybody can help come to a resolution with my issue that would be great. I also have used several different mouses & get the same result.
