qpt was chat banned on stream 1month ago, cowsep was banend on korea, and these guys will be in clash, there are a lot of honor 0 players in diamond and platinum and they will join clash by buying cheap bronze and silver accounts, so how riot want fix this issue and snowballed stomped games ? Riot has encouraged smurfing for way too long for them to back out on it now. They don't care that people smurf and ruin others games. They encourage it. Just get used to it. That's all you can do. Riot won't do anything to combat smurfs ruining games.
Thats because they all have multiple accounts.
And all of their accounts are around high diamond to challenger, so it doesnt really make a difference being that theyre going to be matched with the same level opponents anyway.
I brought this up when one of the LCS players stream title was Smurfing in Clash, but you 100÷ know there not going to be banned from future tournaments due to $LCS$. What are rules nowdays.

The reality of the situation is that imaqtpie and cowsep are not toxic players currently, the only reason imaqtpie got chat restricted was that enough people thought it was funny to report him to get him restricted.
The reality of smurfing is that it will almost never affect your games. There are so many players in bronze/silver/gold that smurfs will rapidly outrank your tier.
If streamers are caught using silver accounts instead of their high diam/+ accounts they'll instantly get fucked by Riot cause there's obvious proof. It's much harder to smurf clash for a streamer than any other player
