Premades in DQ

For me the issue with the premades in DQ isn't toxicity. It's the lack of commuinicate between me and the premade and the premade and itself. In high elo this might not be an issue, but in silver(the biggest elo) its basically a coin toss. Will your premade communicate and play well together? Most of the time the answer is no. The game is also dragged down by a low elo player in the premade (bronze 4 in a silver game) and it becomes impossible to carry. It really frustrating being in a game and having the outcome being "Will they play as a team or not". Thoughts from anyone else?
