Okay, I hate being the type to complain through a system like this, but Tahm Kench top lane is completely out of line. His kit doesn't belong in the top lane, it just isn't a fun experience to lane against. Do you intend to keep Tahm Kench in the top lane? Are you also aware of how his hit box on his q doesn't line up with the indicator for a second? Sorry for the rant, but im generally curious.

Riot doesn't give a fuck about toplane, we need to make sure he reaches their magical line until they do something i can only suggest to ban him every game until then so you can enjoy irelia, vlad, ryze, riven.

You can't walk up to your wave because he'll just walk up to you and start hitting you, then when you try to walk away hit you with that obscene slow and eat you. You're not safe anywhere but your turret, and even then that protection stops being relevant pretty early. I've had some success countering it with Malz or Teemo with Phase Rush but if the enemy jungler had even half a brain they'd just come gank me repeatedly and that strategy wouldn't work either.
I don't even know how they could fix it, so I won't post any ideas, but something really needs to be done. He's wayyyy too strong while being that tanky and having obnoxious cc.

Riot reverse power creeped his w and powercreeped his q over several patches.... it used to have a 6 second cd at all ranks then they lowered it to 5...now its 4 at max rank....
Just do something to shift some of his power towards late game because right now he just gets his final point in q + 40% cdr then he achieved his biggest and only real powerspike, probably the biggest powerspike in the game.

I main top lane, I have no issue with Tahm it's champs like vlad and quinn or riven/darius/renekton that annoy me. Champs that hit a certain level then become impossible to beat unless you've counter picked them

Meanwhile Tahm hits level 1 and now every melee top laner can duel him. Hits level 2 and now no melee top laner can cs. Hits level 3 and now all damage done to him is meaningless.
Hell Tahm even destroys Darius at every level until he has Legend: Tenacity stacked, Merc Treads and Steraks Gage and then he only has a chance to win since he's not being stunlocked for over 3 quarters of the fight.

He could always go top lane, but until his latest changes, he was underwhelming because he lacked damage and consistent CC. Post changes to his kit (especially his Q) mean that he wins against all melee matchups, even if he brings TP and they bring a combat summoner. He doesnt lose vs ranged champs, but he cant really engage on them. His kit just invalidates melee champs, and wasnt meant to be a top laner at all, at this point he should get a minor rework to bring him back to support or become a top laner that doesnt invalidate 80% of the top lane lineup

Riot said on his release he was started out as a top laner and meant to be a top laner but they found because of his W being able to eat allies he would make a good support. He wasn't sold as a support upon release in fact he was played both top and support upon release
