I'm very frusterated.

Hello there, so today was kinda the last straw for me... after months of playing this new queue I really thought there was a way to fix its issues - there isn't. Every day I come to the boards to see what reds reply to and its mainly about champion balance and just recently on reddit a post about dynamic queue (a riotpls rotation i think). What I'm getting to that most the posts about dynamic queue are just looked over until "special occasions" like said post, but I'm starting to wonder if rioters actually pay attention to the games state for solo and dynamic players. I recently stopped playing this game as much, I used to play at the minimum 6 games per day, and now I don't even really want to play.

Ever since the beginning of the season I was kinda hype, the new champs, the new items, and lastly the new champ select. But when I read the post about Dynamic queue I was kind of discouraged. I say this because putting possible teams on the same ladder as solo players essentially removes individual skill, which is what the ladder is supposed to show, hence there are individual players - everyone knows this... Today was the begging of my decay in plat 3, I can tell you that the decay notification wouldn't have had the chance to show up last season, but like I said, i play a lot less now.

Game : So I queued up for a game and got matched with a team, a team that said little to nothing in champ select so I knew from the begging there was at least a duo and another duo. To my surprise there was a 3 man premade(enemy team had a 3 man), and another solo(the solo being a support), so the game plays out and I'm 4-0 bot is losing top is losing and there is no communication. The enemy toplaner is pushing down top while our jungler is bot and toplaner is mid for some reason. I simply ask the toplaner to go top just in case the enemy tries to get top inhibitor, still no response and he stays mid. We lose the teamfight and the solo and I are the only ones who even typed the whole game about when drags spawn, warding baron, ganking. So we lose teamfight after teamfight because of our jungler being bot and their toplaner pushing for free. Eventually they get 3 inhibitors baron and elder drake, at which point I tried to surrender to save time, to my surprise the surrender vote failed and we waited and waited until they pushed down mid and slowly but surely ended the game. I was 10/2/6 and I was at almost every team fight. I made mistakes but in the end the mistakes of the 3 players that didn't communicate or rotate well costed us the game.

The Goal of this post is not to say "people who use dynamic queue are terrible players and never communicate", my point is that while having the majority of the players on your team in a call there is almost zero incentive to communicate with the solos, shot calling is no longer even, its in favor of premades, and my ability to carry the game is almost halved if not more and when I do win with a premade - unless i hard carried - there's not much joy in winning.

I have had great experiences playing with rioters, mainly in arams ironically, and I don't think they hate solo players, but the idea that "it's a team based game and should be played that way"(This is their logic in a nutshell), implies that randoms can't play a team based game and be effective. My idea is to change the ladder or revert to old solo/duo and keep champ select, because I have friends, and they either quit/waiting for Overwatch, don't play at the same time or most are 2 divisions lower than me. I've had people say go find some groups to play with, but that's the same as playing with randoms, only with something like curse voice.

Tl;dr, I don't thinks solos and premades should be on the same _ladder _ , I don't think that voice comms are going to be implemented so reverting might be a better choice (there will be issues with reporting a toxic player), and new champ select is not Dynamic queue. The issues with communication with solos, surrender vote, and shot calling make it a very frustrating place to be in for solos.
