Current state of Skarner in Season 6 - Your thoughts

Hey guys! Hopefully I can catch a red post here for one of my favorite champions "Skar Skar Skarner!" :)

**I love Skarner and was wondering what everyone's thoughts are on him and his current state in Season 6. **

After the rework, they found that he was too powerful so they sought to knock him down with some pretty hard nerfs to his dmg. He got some other "light" nerfs afterwards and thats it. Thematically speaking, I understand the nerf to his damage because he is intended to be a guard / protector type. His early game was too strong so they put him in line but now with the new season and meta I believe the Crystal Vanguard can use a few buffs to help him catch up. Specifically his late game but his early and mid game can be improved upon too. His guard/protector thematic can also be improved upon. I have some ideas but I wanna hear what the community thinks!
