Teleport summoner shows no cooldown on the scoreboard unlike the rest of the spells

Noticed this about a week ago when request a tele from my top laner and thinking he had it because it didnt have the cooldown overlay.

It's kind of game-breaking and fucks up my ranked games, and the HUD guys no longer respond to my emails (they DO know about it).

WHILE I HAVE YOU HERE. I have a bug with my client among my friends it seems to be specific to me. My game times are bugged, when my friends hover over my name it will show show obnoxious amounts of time. (in game for 15 minutes my friends ask my why ive been in game for 173 minutes) Coupled with this bug I cannot see any one of my friends time in game. It has persisted for several months and I have tried repairing the client before its not a gameplay hindrance which is why I have not posted about it until now. But if it could be looked into in some way that would be great.

Well, that explains why I was being harassed that one game because they claimed I should've teleported in while it was on cooldown, and they could "see that it is up".
