Low Rank Ranked Game Is getting worse and worse?

I Cant believe what im seeing recently. Right now i played the second game which i had an afk adc, a toxic support and a feeding top laner. I Cant believe it. I didnt do well either but no AS BAD AS my team. It's the 4th lose in a row i have and the only way of me winning is playing either jax and carrying or shadow assasin kayn and oneshoting aka raping their non-tanky champions. So is it really needed to tryhard? Is this going way to far?. I Feel like after season 5 everything is like the following : either pick a champion that can 0.1 seconds oneshot, or pick a tank which exceeds 350 armor with 2-3 items.
