Why was Zoe buffed?
A cancer champion like Zoe shouldn't even be in the game, and she gets buffed.

I don't like her either, but she's still one of the worst champions in the game at the moment. She needs a mini rework and she needs it now, though.
Because she's an awful champion. She's a champion who should have never been released publicly.
Because she had some of the lowest win rate across the board at all elos besides Diamond+
well if you wanna complain about zoe how cout you take a look at zed, you know champ that can also one shot you without any response time, but i dont see you crying about him, oh and mind you zed doesnt give a care about your positioning, whereas zoe cant hit you if you stay behind minions
