Support stats at the end of the game
Right now, and well for a very long time, supports have been disappointed at the end of the game, at least I know I have been.
Now you might ask why that is, or what's wrong with supports? Are they too strong, or too weak? No in fact that's a different discussion for a different day.
The problem is what a support has to look forward to at the end of the game.
What do you mean? The S+ Nami main asked?
Ask yourself this: Right now in league what does a support have to look forward to at the end of the game?
The toxic Riven main goes
I did the most damage
The quiet Rammus main goes
I tanked the most damage
The fierce Gangplank main goes
I farmed the most gold
But what does the support have to say for themselves?
Well I don't have the most damage, I'm not the most tanky, I don't have many items, and I'm the last in gold, what do I get to look forward to?
Many times after a great game a player checks out the charts at the end of the game, to see how badly they stomped the enemy team but the support can't really do that.
What can we do to make the support feel like they belong?
I propose the idea of 'Most CC Dealt' or 'Most Champions Stuned'
Because the 0/5/17 Thresh won his team the game with that game winning hook, but has nothing to show for it other than a grey screen and 'play again' option, introducing this 'total cc dealt' option could make the support feel at ease with how they played, or show them where they need to improve.
Many a time the Alistar main goes:
Woe is me, I sat in that teamfight for years, decades even, and have nothing to show for it.
or the Morgana main goes:
I landed a clutch binding on their ezreal and got a 5 man morg stun!
But what does she have to say for it? Poor AlwaysBeBindin doesn't have the most damage, and isn't the tankiest.
In conclusion: rito pls
tl;dr: Most CC dealt statistic at the end of the game.
