Please let us Buy Skins with it, each skin costing 10k IP

i dont care if its 5k or 10k, i just want to spend my IP on something, the IP rewards have no meaning after each match...

Name changes buy all the runes at least 3-9 times depending on what kind lots of stuff to do.

Riot will never let people get skins with IP. And if they do, you'd probably have to have mastery level 5 with the champion and maybe 50k IP.
