Let me add a little more for the sake of discussion. Uh can anyone tell me what warrants this nerf? A quick look on op.gg for the past month shows shes the 111th most picked champion sporting a massive winrate of 52%.
I was surprised too. There are clearly more problematic low pick rate & high win rate champions if they wanted to go there. For example, Zilean has been consistently in that 53-54% win rate with < 1% win rate, but never gets touched.
I don't play Kayle at all but even I was a little surprised by that.
