I wanted to ask something about sound tell me what you think

Is it possible to make my champion louder then everyone else. like lets say 50 everyone else 100 me. The reason i didn't say specific champs is because that would put them at a disadvantage lets say you make the junglers loud but not the laner then that would be lame for them in the sense that you can hear them coming. I personally value hearing my spells and auto attacks so i put certain skins in high regard i would even argue that they make certain champs better. Being able to hear myself auto attack is huge because i can AA cancel much better and string certain spells better and in team fights that can some times be hectic i could actually tell if im auto attacking or just standing their cc'ed.
